I don't know why Homecentre is delivering defective pieces when they charge such high amount. I just want to return the unit and get a refund but their customer support team is not supportive at all. After two days a guy came and asked for the parcel and as soon as he saw the parcel he told me that I came by bike and can’t pick any glass items so he told another person will come and collect. Later one week passed and till now no one came to collect and I didn’t receive the refund also. Past two days I called them more than five times and they are saying the same story that they wil send a person for pickup. Please don’t order any glass item from this website. I’m really frustrated calling them again and again..
